At Watch What Blooms, we are all about creating

flowers that make people stop and ask, “Wait… who

did these?” Whether it’s your wedding, a dinner party,

a corporate event, or just an excuse to celebrate, we’ll bring your

vision to life while making the process feel easy. We handle the

flowers and you sit back and enjoy.

Jase is a San Diego native who fell in love with flowers while creating florals for her own wedding. What started as a creative outlet (and an excuse to always have flowers around) quickly became what is now Watch What Blooms. Now she spends her days creating florals that make people smile, that can transform a space, and convincing herself that there is definitely room for “one more stem.”

Hi, I’m Jase!

Born and raised in San Diego, I grew up playing lacrosse and field hockey, so if you had told me I’d end up surrounded by flowers for a living, I probably would’ve laughed.

After officially calling it quits on dating, I met my wife on Hinge (plot twist), and we got married in 2024. While planning our wedding, I decided to make our own flowers… and somewhere between the buckets of blooms and “I’ll just make one more arrangement,” Watch What Blooms was born.

What started as bouquets for friends and family somehow turned into weddings, proposals, dinner parties, and all kinds of celebrations. Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to freelance with some incredibly talented florists throughout San Diego and beyond, soaking up every chance to learn, grow, and get inspired.

My favorite part? Creating flowers that make people smile the second they walk into a room—and that they’re still talking about weeks later. If you’re looking for someone who’s equal parts creative, detail-obsessed, and probably covered in flower petals, I think we’ll get along just fine.

Let’s make something really freaking beautiful together.
